Wandering the snowy streets of Paris on a romantic getaway, we stop in front of a luxury patisserie offering cooking workshops. Spontaneously, we join the group. The shelves are overflowing with top-quality ingredients: imported vanilla beans, rose petals, freshly ground musk, refined confections... Suspended to the chef's words, we let ourselves be led as we add each ingredient to create a white chocolate praline with lemon ganache.
Scents of juicy pear, fresh lemon and bergamot intoxicate us sensually.
